Knowing the costs of direct car insurance claims for customers

That afternoon, I was trapped in a bus on a street jammed. The bus I was riding, was right behind a car crossover Japan. Can not wait, the bus was almost hit a car that is in front.
I heard a passenger who sat near the driver, giving advice to be patient. But passengers were not ignored by the driver. The driver thought the car was, of course, already insured by their owners.

Passengers had to explain, that we also have to pay a few dollars in insurance administration, if we want to claim. For a one-time occurrence, usually direct car insurance companies charge administration fees for its customers, the cost varies but generally cost around $20 to $30.

When the car in a collision, car users should take care of direct car insurance claims related to the insurance office, then later the insurance officer surveying and examining damage to the car. Any car users would be bothered with stuff that insurance arrangements.
